GRBG Trust member Ken Gie expressed his gratitude. "I want to thank the many people who made the construction of the new path in the GRBG's nursery possible. Now visitors and plant shoppers don't have to wade through the usual mud patches after the rain when viewing the many indigenous plants flourishing in the nursery. This new path is a direct result of the sponsored golf day held earlier in the year, specifically for this upgrade in the nursery."
Gie added, "The generous contribution by Constructive Civil Engineering, that professionally built the sturdy path at a reduced fee, resulted in there being some money left from the budget to attend to other much-needed upgrades in the nursery.
"The trustees once again thank all those who participated in the golf day for their generous contributions, and especially for the hard work by Harry and Annette Wesson who spearheaded the golf tournament."
