According to the trust deed of the GRBG, the terms of 3 trustees will be coming to an end with Lorraine McGibbon, Chris Neethling and Colin Ralston stepping down.  We therefore have 3 positions open for the Trustee Elections.

Only paid up members for 2015 and honorary members will be eligible to vote.  If you wish to vote and have not yet paid your annual subscription please pay before the 17th June 2014.

Attached please find a proxy form and a nomination form (ATTACHMENT 6).

Nomination forms and a short CV of proposed candidates must be handed in to the GRBG Office by 17h00 on MONDAY 8 JUNE 2015.  Signed proxies must also be handed in to the GRBG office by 17h00 8th June 2015.

For more information please contact the GRBG office on 044 874 1558.

Please regard this meeting as important and do your best to attend as only those who are present at the meeting may be part of the decision-making process for the way forward.

With our membership drive, we have had so many new members signing up, which we are very grateful for.  Due to this, we need as many members as possible to attend this AGM, as our Trust Deed Constitution calls for a 20% attendance to form a quorum at the AGM.

Kind Regards,
